How to set up ePOD notifications for Shippers?

You can set up ePOD notifications sent to shippers once orders are delivered to the end customers. To do this go to Directories -> Shippers.


You can add a new entry or edit an existing one.


  • In the New Item or Edit Item window tick the box Send ePOD notification and enter the appropriate email address. Note: this email address may be different from the address used as a login to the Track-POD Customer Portal.


  • Click Save to save the data and close the window. Customize the ePOD if required.



  • Now ePODs will be sent out to your shippers according to the ePOD Notifications settings.
