How to set up and customize your POD?

Once a driver visits a stop and completes a delivery you can send an ePOD (electronic Proof of Delivery) to your customer by e-mail.


You can customize the POD template to provide your customers with relevant information on their delivery.


Step 1: Go to Settings -> Notifications -> at Departure and tap on Open PDF editor in order to edit the template.




Step 2: Insert your Logo:


1. You can copay and paste the logo into the ePOD, or


2. Upload your logo to a picture online storage. Get the link for your logo.

3. Click on the Image icon on the bar and insert the Logo link into the line Web address. Then you can adjust its size in the Width and Height fields.
 


Step 3. Edit the email body, insert your web link, preview the template, and if you are happy with the result save it.
