In Track-POD you can set up and customize reasons for rejection displayed in your drivers' mobile apps. There is a default list of reject reasons in English which you can set up to your needs: deactivate irrelevant entries and create new reasons.
- Go to Settings -> Reasons for Rejection
- To add your own reason for rejection, select a category whether it is a Site issue, Order issue or Goods issue and click +Add Reason. A window will pop up.
- Type in the name of your custom rejection reason which will be visible in the Track-POD mobile app, ePOD, and analytics.
- Tick the required box Delivery or Collection or both.
- Click the Save button to add the entry to the list.
To deactivate the default entries click the Edit Item button and remove ticks for Delivery and Collection, then Save the changes.
