Sometimes, there may be a need to duplicate an existing route for various operational reasons, such as adjusting schedules, reallocating resources, or simply creating a backup. This article will guide you through the process of copying or cloning a scheduled route in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Select the Route to Duplicate

Begin by navigating to your scheduled routes. Here, you will see a list of all your existing routes.

Step 2: Access the Actions Menu

Once you have found the desired route, look for the **Actions** button. Click on this button to reveal a drop-down menu containing various options related to the selected route.

Step 3: Choose Duplicate

From the drop-down menu, select the **Duplicate** option. This will initiate the duplication process and open a pop-up window where you can customize the details of the new route.

Step 4: Fill in the Required Details

In the pop-up window, you will need to provide specific information for the duplicated route. This includes:

- **Date:** Set the date for when the new route will be active. Ensure that it does not conflict with other scheduled routes.

- **Driver:** Assign a driver to the duplicated route. You may choose the same driver or select a different one based on availability.

- **Vehicle:** Select the vehicle that will be used for the new route. Make sure it is suitable for the tasks planned.

- **Warehouse:** Specify the warehouse associated with the duplicated route. This is important for logistics and inventory management.

Step 5: Save the Duplicated Route

After filling in all the necessary details, review the information to ensure accuracy. Once you are satisfied with the entries, click the **Save** button to complete the duplication process. Your new route will now appear in the scheduled routes list, ready for use.

By following these steps, you can efficiently copy or clone a scheduled route, streamlining your operations and enhancing productivity. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team!
