To optimize drivers’ operation in the mobile app go to Settings -> Mobile Workflow. There are severla sections in this tab:
Section Driver’s Route List is used to set the time when a scheduled route becomes visible to a driver.
- Option When route is not empty means that the route will appear in the mobile app once it is created and assigned to the driver.
- By choosing the second option and specifying the number of minutes in the window you will set a time threshold when the driver will see the planned route in the mobile app. For example, if the routes are scheduled for a week ahead and you do not want multiple routes pop up in the mobile app set the time (120 min) and the route will appear in the mobile app 2 hours prior to the planned start time.
- You might want to Hide the route duration and planned distance from your driver, then you can enable this option as well.
Note: Pay attention to your Time zone for proper operation of this setting.
In the Load check section you can set up the Load Check workflow in the mobile app.
