Use our Load check tool available in the Advanced pricing plan to get your delivery process more precise and make sure nothing is left behind. It is enabled by a dispatcher at the stage of creating and assigning routes.
- To enable Load Check feature and force mandatory QR/Bar code scanning by a driver go to Settings -> Mobile Workflow -> the Load Check section -> tick box Enabled.
- The Mandatodry Load Check before Start option means that the driver will not be able to start a route until the Load Check is performed in full.
- Tick box Signature is required if it is necessary to confirm the load check results by the driver’s signature.
The driver receives a list of orders to be loaded or scanned/loaded in a sequence specified by a dispatcher.
Once all listed orders are loaded in the required sequence the driver can leave the warehouse and start the route.

To print out shipping labels with barcodes/QR-codes generated by Track-POD select on the route, select Reports -> Shipping Label...
Shipping labels ready for printing out will open in another tab.
To import barcode IDs add the corresponding column to your spreadsheet and match it in the Order Import window in the Barcode field.
To add a QR/barcode ID manually open the Add Order/Edit Order window and enter the code ID in the Barcode field.
Now you can label orders with your personal QR/barcodes or Track-POD shipping labels, scan them and track the loading process in the Orders tab.
