You can easily edit and delete unassigned and scheduled orders in Track-POD.
Unassigned orders
- Just select the order you want to edit and click on "actions", choose Edit.
- In the Edit Order window make the necessary changes and click Save.
- To delete an unassigned order or several orders select an order or a number of orders by ticking them, and click on "Delete".
Scheduled orders
- You can also edit orders allocated to routes, even when routes are in progress. However, the Address field will be uneditable.
You can view the log of changes made to an order by clicking on the order number and selecting History tab on the right. A new order overview table with the detailed info on performed changes, old and new values, will open.
