You can import and update already imported orders from your Excel or CSV spreadsheets.

Step 1. To import orders to Track-POD click on the button Import Orders in the main dashboard.
Step 2. In the pop-up Import window select your spreadsheet in CSV or Excel. Please find the template Excel and CSV files under the Download Examples button.
If you want to import a new list of orders just select option Add as new orders.
In case, you want to update the list of already imported orders choose option Update the orders. Then orders with the same number will be updated.
Step 3. The final step is to match the fields from your file with the corresponding fields in Track-POD. If in your spreadsheet delivery addresses are parsed into several columns (Street, City, Postal code..) choose <build address> in the Address field, then our system will merge these columns and build the full address automatically.
Step 4. Click on the button Import. Your orders will appear in the Unscheduled section.
