Generating detailed reports for specific clients, shippers, or depots is a straightforward process that can be accomplished in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to create customized reports that meet your needs.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Orders Tab: Start by navigating to the Orders tab in your dashboard. This is where all your order data is stored and can be accessed for reporting purposes.

2. Set the Date Range: Next, specify the date range for the orders you want to include in your report. This allows you to focus on a particular timeframe, ensuring that the data is relevant to your analysis.

3. Filter Your Orders: Use the filtering options to narrow down your orders by specific parameters such as client, shipper, or depot. You can also save these filters for future use, making it easier to generate similar reports later on.

- Grouping Orders: For added convenience, you can group orders by any column name. This feature helps you organize the data in a way that makes the most sense for your analysis.

- Configuring Columns: Customize the columns displayed in your report to feature only the necessary information. This ensures that your report is not cluttered and focuses on the key data points you need.

4. Exporting Data: Once you are satisfied with the filtering and grouping results, you can export the data to an Excel file. This allows for further analysis and manipulation of the data as needed.

Alternative Reporting Option

If you prefer a broader overview, you can generate a report for all orders going to a specific client or on behalf of a specific shipper over the last three months using the Overview of Orders report available in Track-POD analytics.

1. Access the Reports Section: Navigate to the Reports section and select the Overview of Orders option.

2. Specify the Date Range: Set the date range to cover the last three months. This will provide a comprehensive view of all relevant orders during that period.

3. Review Report Details: The report will include essential information such as order date and number, route details, carrier, driver, vehicle, warehouse address, customer data, order weight, and volume.

4. Download for Analysis: After applying the date range, you can download the report as an Excel file for further processing and analysis.

By following these steps, you will have all the necessary data at your fingertips, allowing you to make informed decisions based on your shipping and client interactions. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team!
