Track-POD offers a variety of inbuilt reports designed to help you analyze your drivers' activities and optimize your business operations. These reports are essential for gaining insights into your logistics processes and improving efficiency.

Here’s a detailed overview of the available reports:

1. Driver Statistics

The Driver Statistics Report provides a comprehensive overview of your drivers' completed routes within a specified time frame. It includes key metrics such as route number, the number of sites visited, start and close times, work duration, and distance traveled each working day. You can easily print this report or save it in various formats for your records.

2. Trip Summary by Routes

This report is generated in Excel format and allows you to download it directly to your PC. Upon clicking the report, a pop-up prompts you to select a date range. Once you apply your selection, the report details route descriptions, including carrier, warehouse, driver, vehicle, planned versus actual distances, cargo weight, and timing details.

3. Overview of Orders

Similar to the Trip Summary, the Overview of Orders report is also available for download as an Excel file. You will need to specify the date range for the orders you wish to analyze. This report provides detailed information about delivered orders, including order and route numbers, carrier and driver details, warehouse addresses, and customer data.

4. Overview of Items

This report gives you a snapshot of goods delivered or rejected during a specified period. Download it as an Excel file to access information such as item prices, codes, and quantities. This data can be processed to meet your specific business needs.

5. Cost Savings by Time/Distance

The Cost Savings report helps you evaluate financial savings based on distance traveled and time spent. Grouped by depots and drivers, this Excel report compares planned versus actual values.

To calculate the key indicators, the following formulas are used:

Cost Savings by Distance = Plan Distance, km/mi - Actual Distance, km/mi * Cost per distance

Cost Savings by Time = Cost Savings by Time = Plan Duration (min) - Actual Duration (min) * Cost per min

Cost per distance, as well as Cost per min, are taken from the set values in the Route rates settings (Settings -> Routing & Optimization) where Cost per min = Cost per hour / 60.

6. Route Costs

The Route Costs report provides insights into planned and actual durations, distances, and costs associated with each route. This Excel report uses data from your Route rates settings, helping you manage your logistics expenses more effectively.

7. Deleted Orders within Last 90 Days

This report compiles all deleted orders from the past three months, including details such as the user who deleted the order and the deletion date. It covers both manually deleted orders and those removed via API, giving you a clear view of order management.

Please note that while these inbuilt reports offer valuable insights, they are not customizable. For more tailored data analysis, consider using our Export tool in the Plan & Track tab or exploring Drivers' Analytics. These tools can provide a deeper layer of data to meet your specific requirements.
