There are several inbuilt reports in Track-POD you can use for analyzing your drivers' activities and your business operations:

  • Driver Statistics

  • Trip Summary by Routes

  • Overview of Orders

  • Overview of Items

  • Cost Savings by Time/Distance

  • Route Costs

1. Driver Statistics Report gives you an overview of your drivers' completed routes for the specified time range featuring route number, a number of sites per route, start and close time, work time, and distance traveled per working day. You can print out this report and save it in different formats.

2. Trip Summary by Routes is generated as an Excel spreadsheet and downloaded to your PC.

When you click on this report a pop-up window appears prompting you to specify the date range.

Once you have clicked Apply a report is downloaded to your computer in Excel format. This report features a detailed route description with such data as a carrier, warehouse, driver, vehicle, distance planned and traveled, cargo weight and quantity, actual and scheduled route start time and close time, etc.

3. Overview of Orders is also downloaded as an Excel file to your computer.

First, specify the date range to be covered in the report.

This report includes comprehensive information on the orders delivered within the specified time range: order date and number, route date and number, carrier, driver, vehicle, warehouse address, customer's data, order weight, and volume, etc.

4. Overview of Items is an Excel file as well. Download this report to get the overview of goods delivered/rejected during the specified period of time, the price of goods, goods code, etc. You can process this file to get the information required for your business needs.

5. Cost Savings by Time/Distance is an Excel file that helps you calculate how much money has been saved in relation to the distance traveled and time spent. The data is grouped by selected depots and associated drivers. The report compares the planned and actual values.

To calculate the key indicators, the following formulas are used:

Cost Savings by Distance = Plan Distance, km/mi - Actual Distance, km/mi * Cost per distance

Cost Savings by Time = Cost Savings by Time = Plan Duration (min) - Actual Duration (min) * Cost per min

Cost per distance, as well as Cost per min, are taken from the set values in the Route rates settings (Settings -> Routing & Optimization) where Cost per min = Cost per hour / 60.

6. Route Costs is also an Excel report featuring the following data: planned/actual duration, planned/actual distance, planned/actual cost per route. Costs are taken from the set values in the Route rates settings (Settings -> Routing & Optimization)
