Orders overview

With the new Orders tab you will now be able to filter, group and analyze order-related data with an option to export the results in the form of a report.

Step 1. First, select the date range for orders display - Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or specify the exact dates. Note, that you can also select what kind of date you want to be displayed - the Order date(the delivery/collection date stated in the order), the Route date, or the Order completion date.

Step 2: Now it's time to arrange headers, columns, and filters to display the data you would like to review.

• Enable the Group by feature by switching the toggle, drag&drop a column header to group orders by that column. Have a look at the example below where deliveries are grouped by Status and Driver.

• Add or remove columns to view only those details that are important for you at the moment.

• Filter deliveries by various criteria. Use the Filter order field or inbuilt filters for that.

• Easily search orders by the number.

• Export your report to Excel or JSON format by clicking on the Reports button in the right upper corner. Here you will find the inbuilt reports as well if your subscription includes this feature.

• Duplicate and delete orders easily by selecting the required ones or all at once.
