With the Track-POD inbuilt messenger in our driver app, you can easily communicate with your back office en route with no need to switch between the apps on your mobile phone.
To start a conversation click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner and select Chat. Type in your message and click Send.

Once a supervisor replies you will be immediately alerted by the app.
