How to capture customer feedback on the mobile phone?

We know how important customer feedback for delivery businesses is. Your services can be rated by the customer right in the Track-POD mobile app when signing the order delivery or collection.


This feature is available for Android and iOS devices and does not require any activation from the web dashboard. When your driver delivers or collects an order they are prompted to capture the customer's signature. Once they tap on Sign the Signature window opens where a customer can rate the delivery/service and sign the delivery.


 

On the dashboard, in the Analytics tab, you can activate the display of the Feedback column to evaluate the service quality.


Delivery service rating is available in all pricing plans.
