Drivers' performance in Analytics

Track-POD Analytics provides an excellent tool for evaluating your drivers' performance, allowing you to gain valuable insights into their efficiency and effectiveness. To access this feature, simply navigate to Analytics -> Drivers. Here, you will find a comprehensive overview of key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect how your drivers are performing.

Key Metrics Available:

- Orders Completed: Monitor the number of orders successfully completed by each driver, helping you identify high performers and those who may need additional support.

- Timeliness: Review the number of sites visited on time versus those that were late. This metric is crucial for understanding your drivers' punctuality and reliability.

- Average Time at Customer Locations: Analyze how long drivers spend at each delivery point. This can help you assess efficiency and customer service levels.

- Feedback Ratings: Gather customer feedback ratings to evaluate the quality of service provided by your drivers. This insight is invaluable for improving overall customer satisfaction.

Customizing Your Analytics:

You can tailor the Drivers' Analytics to better suit your needs by:

- Setting the Date Range: Choose specific time frames to analyze performance trends over days, weeks, or months.

- Enabling Required Columns: Select which metrics are most relevant to your analysis, allowing you to focus on the data that matters most.

- Specifying Time Allowance for On-Time Deliveries: Define acceptable time windows for deliveries to better assess performance against your expectations.

Reporting and Exporting Data:

All data can be viewed directly in the tab, and for further analysis, you have the option to export reports to Excel. This feature is particularly useful for processing information for accounting or billing purposes.
