How to track route progress on the dashboard?

If a driver is running late you can always take a proactive action and get in touch with a driver or customers to tackle the issue. 


For your office to keep an eye on the routes progress please:

- Enable 'Update and Display Actual ETA' option in Routing and Optimization settings (this feature is available for Advanced Plus, Per Order, and Enterprise plans).

- Set up the thresholds for yellow and critical red warnings.



- Enable Status column in the Route section.



 - Late routes will be highlighted in route "Status" column. This column will also feature the time the driver is running late. You will be able to filter your routes by 'Late' status (to show only those where a driver is lagging behind).



- Arrival times in the 'Sites' section will also be highlighted if yellow and red when the driver is running late.




Please note, for correct operation of this feature the driver shall follow the planned route sequence. You may force following the scheduled route in the Mobile Workflow settings by Disabling site reordering.


Route progress by Sites. You can also check the Sites column in Routes in terms of how many sites have already been visited by enabling the column Sites as per screenshot below:
