Route statuses in Track-POD: No status, Ready, Progress, Closed

In Track-POD routes have several statuses: No status, Ready, In Progress, Closed.

1. No status - a scheduled route that has not been marked as ready yet or started from the mobile app.

2. Ready (available for Advanced Plus, Per Order and Enterprise plans) - this status is assigned to a route manually by a dispatcher or another web user and means that the orders within the route are ready for dispatch.

If you are on Advanced Plus, Per Order, or Enterprise plan go to Settings -> General-> Miscellaneous and enable the setting.

With this setting on a new action in the Route actions drop down is available.

You can also set up a webhook for this event in Settings -> Integrations -> Webhooks which might be used for triggering some actions in your system.

3. Progress - once a route is started from the mobile app it changes its status to Progress. The Status column also displays the percentage of the route completed. While the route is in progress you can also check if the driver's following the schedule. Please have a look at a related article to find out more about highlighting routes that are running late.

4. Closed - a route status changes to Closed once a driver completes a route from the mobile app by clicking Close Route or if a dispatcher closes a route from the dashboard (then the route is marked with the exclamation mark).
