Accessing Subscription Settings

If you are an Admin of your Track-POD account and still having trouble accessing your Subscription settings, there are a few things you can check to resolve the issue:


1. User Permissions: If you do not see the Subscription tab under Settings, it is possible that you do not have the appropriate permissions to access subscription options. Check with the account owner or another Admin to ensure that your user permissions are set up correctly. They may need to adjust your permissions to allow you to make changes to your subscription settings or payment methods.


2. Limitations on Access: In some cases, your access to subscription options or purchasing SMS services may be limited. This can prevent you from updating payment cards, upgrading or downgrading your subscription. Verifying your permissions and any limitations on your access is essential for resolving this issue.




3. Resolving the Issue: Once you have confirmed that you have the necessary permissions and there are no limitations on your access, you should be able to access your subscription settings and make any necessary changes.
