How to add a driver?

Adding a driver to your Track-POD account is a straightforward process that can be completed in just a minute. This quick and efficient method allows you to expand your delivery capabilities seamlessly. Follow the steps below to add a driver license to your subscription.

Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings

Begin by navigating to your Subscription settings. This section is where you can manage your current licenses, view your subscription details, and make any necessary adjustments. To find this, log into your Track-POD account and look for Subscription in the Settings menu.

Step 2: Click the Update Button

Once you are in the Subscription settings, locate the Update button. Clicking this button will enable you to proceed with any changes you wish to make to your subscription. This is a crucial step, as it allows you to modify the number of driver licenses you currently hold.

Step 3: Set the Required Number of Driver Licenses

In the window that appears after clicking Update, you will see a field labeled "No. of drivers." Here, you can enter the number of driver licenses you need. For example, if you currently have 4 licenses and wish to upgrade to 5, simply enter '5' in this field. This ensures that your account reflects the correct number of licenses you require.

After confirming your changes, your account will be updated immediately. This means you can start assigning the new driver right away!

Downgrading Your Subscription

If you find that you need to reduce the number of driver licenses instead, you can follow the same procedure. Simply edit the number of drivers in the "No. of drivers" field to a smaller value, and click Update. Your account will be adjusted accordingly.
