Created by Tanya Derevyanko, Modified on Thu, 23 Mar 2023 at 10:33 AM by Tanya Derevyanko

Step 1.a: Creating Route. Click on the Add Route button.

Step 1.b: Creating Route: Fill in the route details:

  • Route Code (generated automatically, but editable)

  • Date (the current date by default)

  • Time (default value is taken from Routing and Optimization settigns)

  • Ship from Address (select the warehouse if there are more than one)

  • Vehicle

  • Driver

Click Save.

Step 2.a: Selecting Orders. Select your orders in the grid or enable Show on the Map option, then select your orders directly on the Map (to select several orders on the map hold Shift + stretch).

Step 2.b: Selecting Orders: Pick the selected orders and drag them to the route.

Step 2.c: Selecting Orders. Drag the selected orders to the route.

Step 3. Optimize! Now with the orders placed into a route just click Optimize to get the ETAs and your driver is ready to go.

Note: you can always assign a scheduled route to another driver by right-clicking a particular route -> Set driver -> select a driver from the list. Or, by right-clicking a route -> Edit route -> Selecting another driver from the drop down menu.
