We have all been in a situation where we forget if everything has been done. If this sounds familiar and you are unsure if notifications have been sent, worry no more! Our platform provides you with easy ways to check the status of your notifications.
Option 1: Check Notification History
To begin, navigate to your order details. Click on the specific order you want to check, then select Order Details. Here, you will find a section labeled History. This area provides a comprehensive list of all notifications related to that particular order. You can view their statuses, including whether they were successfully sent or if there were any errors encountered during the process.
Option 2: Overview in Analytics
For a broader overview, head over to the Analytics section and select Notifications. This feature allows you to see all notifications sent across your account. You can adjust the date range to focus on notifications sent within a specific time frame, making it easier to track your communication efforts.
Filter Notifications by Status
To streamline your search, notifications can be filtered by their status. You can choose from categories such as Delivered, Sent, Failed, and Undelivered. This filtering option is particularly useful if you're looking to identify any issues with your notifications.
Show Only Failed Notifications
If you want to focus on notifications that did not go through, simply turn on the toggle labeled Show Only Failed. This will display messages that have not been delivered, along with the reasons or errors specified. This feature helps you quickly identify and resolve any issues.
