How to check status of notifications sent

We have all been in a situation where one forgets if all has been done. If this sounds familiar and you are unsure if notifications have been sent, worry no more.

  • Check notification history by clicking the order -> Order details -> Notifications tab:



Here you will find all the notifications related to this particular order, their statuses and errors.
