We have all been in a situation where one forgets if all has been done. If this sounds familiar and you are unsure if notifications have been sent, worry no more.
Check notification history by clicking the order -> Order details -> History:
Here you will find all the notifications related to this particular order, their statuses and errors.
Also, in Analytics -> Notifications you can have an overview of all notifications sent. You can adjust the date range if you are interested in notifications sent within a particular period of time.
Notifications can be also filtered by status: Delivered, Sent, Failed, Undelivered.
If you turn on the toggle 'Show Only Failed' the system will display messages that have not been delivered with the reason/error specified
