Notifications not being delivered

Track-POD offers ePOD notification service among many other features. If life happens and they don't get delivered don't panic and check what you can do below.


  • Check that your orders contain valid email information by clicking the order and checking the order details.
  • Check notification settings. There's a few:


ePOD (notifications sent at departure from the customer's site)


 


Live tracking emails and SMS sent at route start:


 


Live tracking emails and SMS with actual ETA sent at departure from the previous stop:

 


Don't forget to hit the Save button if any changes are made.
