How to check notifications logs, statuses, and errors in Analytics

For a clearer understanding of all the notifications dispatched to your customers, please navigate to Analytics -> Notifications.


Here, you can view the logs of notifications that were sent successfully or encountered errors.


You have the option to search entries by email, set the time range displayed, filter entries by their status, and export the full history to Excel.


If you are sending notifications via both email and text messages, simply toggle between the tabs Email and SMS.
