How to add users in Track-POD and set their roles?

Depending on your subscription plan you can create a certain number of user accounts to manage the Track-POD dashboard. 




To create a User account go to Settings -> Users & Roles and click the + Add User button




In the Add User window, enter the User's name, email (login). Sign-up details will be sent to the email. Tick the appropriate boxes for the rights and permissions. You can allow a user to work only with specific depots. Then this user will be able to view and schedule the orders dispatched from these warehouses according to their role. Also you can assign users to manage orders from particular shippers.



Click Save to create a user account.


User roles description:


View-only user: view-only access to all tabs except Settings.
Dispatcher: access to all tabs, limited access to Settings (managing Directories, Users, routes, orders)
Carrier: orders and routes view/edit access (with matching carrier’s codes)

Shipper Manager: access to orders from specified shippers
Admin: full access excluding Subscription settings, no possibility to delete Directories in bulk

*Subscription can be managed and Directories can be cleared by the account owner only for the sake of business security.
