How to pay for Track-POD? Types of subscription.

Welcome to the Track-POD customer support knowledge base! If you're looking to purchase a license for Track-POD, you're in the right place. The process is quick and straightforward, taking just a minute of your time. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Access the Subscription Settings

First, navigate to the Settings tab in your Track-POD dashboard. From there, select Subscription to view your options.

Step 2: Choose Your Subscription Type

When you click on Subscribe, you'll be presented with two types of subscription plans:

1. By Drivers: This plan charges you based on the number of drivers or vehicles you have. Each plan comes with a specific limit on the number of orders you can process each month. To find out more about the features included in each subscription plan, please visit our Pricing page.

2. By Orders: This option allows you to enjoy all advanced features while paying per delivery ticket or order, regardless of how many drivers or couriers you employ. The cost per ticket ranges from $0.10 to $0.19 USD/EUR, depending on the package you select. Please note that this subscription is available on a monthly basis only.

Important Notes

1. It is crucial to pay close attention to the selection of the currency during the subscription process. Once you have completed the subscription, please be aware that you will not have the option to change the currency. In the event that you wish to change the currency, you will need to cancel your current subscription and then proceed to resubscribe with the desired currency.

2. Keep in mind that the order-based subscription is a monthly package. Any unused tickets will not roll over to the next month, so it's essential to assess your business needs carefully before purchasing this plan, as refunds are not provided per our Terms of Use.

Step 3: Complete Your Payment

Once you've selected your subscription type, click on Subscribe with a Card. You will be redirected to the checkout page, where you can enter your Visa or MasterCard details to complete the payment.
