If you ended up here, it means you have probably missed our announcement that we have been updating our Track-POD UX - one tab at a time. Shipping label and scanning has moved from reports to mobile workflow settings to an all new tab Scanning. In order to access these, you will need to go to the Mobile Workflow tab, now all the Shipping label settings are housed under one roof in Scanning:
