For Microsoft 365 SMTP with Track-POD, please check that Authenticated SMTP is enabled for the email account you are trying to use.

You can check this by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: https://admin.microsoft.com

  2. Sign in using an account with Microsoft 365 administrator permissions.

  3. Go to Users → Active users.

  4. Select the user/email address you are using for Track-POD SMTP.

  5. Open the Mail tab.

  6. Select Manage email apps.

  7. Make sure Authenticated SMTP is enabled/checked.

  8. Click Save changes.

For reference, the standard Microsoft 365 SMTP configuration is:

SMTP server: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption: STARTTLS/TLS
Username: Full Microsoft 365 email address

Once Authenticated SMTP has been enabled, please try configuring and confirming the email address in Track-POD again.

If it is already enabled and you are still receiving the “Invalid confirmation email” error, please send us a screenshot of your Track-POD SMTP configuration (with the password hidden), and we can investigate further.
