Why the route is not being optimised?

If during manual optimisation of the route you receive an error message, there can be several reasons for that:


1. One or several addresses in the route were not geocoded. Please check if any of the addresses have a red exclamation point next to them. This will indicate that the system couldn't properly geocode this address, thus having an issue optimising such a route.


2. The address is outside of the map. Please check that the address specified in the error message is within the map selected in the Routing and Optimisation settings.



3. Depot is not geocoded. Please check that the depot is correctly geocoded in the Directories -> Depots.
