Sometimes you might notice that the driver who is supposed to progress over the route is stuck on the map and is highlighted first in yellow after a 15-minute and later in red after a 25-minute idle time. What are the possible reasons?
The driver is not moving indeed, stuck at a customer's or in a traffic jam.You can easily check out what is going on using the inbuilt messenger.
The driver has gone offline. The GPS coordinates are accumulated in the app and will be synchronized once the Internet connection is restored. In this case you will have to call your driver to figure out what is going on.
The driver turned off Location permissions for Track-POD and coordinates are not being recorded.
Once the driver completed the route you can always check the actual track and compare it to the planned one by selecting the required route, clicking the Actions button and Show Track.
