Why am I having a trouble logging into the App

If you are unable to access the mobile app, please ask your supervisor to verify that your driver account is set up in the web dashboard under the Directories -> Drivers section. Ensure that the driver's account is active.


Then, use the driver's username and password to log into the mobile app.
