Latest Android and iOS versions aim to conserve your battery power by limiting CPU performance and thus shutting down apps running in the background. For proper operation of the Track-POD mobile app, you need to deactivate Power Saving Mode if it is on.
Android
- Go to Settings -> Battery and make sure Power Saving Mode is not turned on.
