How to schedule Prior to Route notifications in Track-POD

Scheduling Prior to Route notifications is available in Track-POD Ultimate plan and for Enterprise customers with Ultimate features. 


You can set up sending notifications at a certain time of the day in Settings -> Notifications -> Prior to Route.



1. Enable the feature by turning toggle ON.


2. In the Send at window set the time when the notifications will be sent. Make sure you select your time zone for correct sending.


3. Clicks Save.


Please pay attention that scheduling will work only for the routes with status Ready.


This status is assigned to a route manually by a dispatcher or another web user and means that the orders within the route are ready for dispatch. 

Go to Settings -> General-> Miscellaneous and enable the setting.



With this setting on a new action in the Route actions drop down is available.

Now, when you have your routes are marked as Ready the notifications will be triggered by the system at the pre-scheduled time.

Do not forget to set up the ETA interval and personalize the message to your customers.
