How to purchase an SMS package?

To notify your customers by SMS you first need to purchase an SMS package for your country.

Note: If the SMS exceeds the limit of 160 basic GSM-7 characters, you will be charged extra according to the SMS pack.
The message body of the text and tags containing non-GSM-7 characters will be charged extra after 70 chars.

To purchase an SMS package just go through these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the Settings tab -> the Subscription tab and click on Add SMS.

Step 2: In a pop-up window select the country or area and the pack, then click the Buy SMS Pack button.

Monitor the number of messages sent and remaining in the Subscription section. You will be automatically notified by email that you are running out of pre-paid messages.

Note: short text messages in Track-POD are sent from a numeric phone number and Track-POD.
