How to purchase an SMS package?

To notify your customers by SMS you first need to purchase an SMS package for your country.

Note: If the SMS exceeds the limit of 160 basic GSM-7 characters, you will be charged extra according to the SMS pack.
The message body of the text and tags containing non-GSM-7 characters will be charged extra after 70 chars.

To purchase an SMS package just go through these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the Settings tab -> the Subscription section and click on Buy SMS pack.

Step 2: In a pop-up window select the country or area and the pack, then click the Buy with a Card button.

Monitor the number of messages sent and remaining in the Subscription section. You will be automatically notified by email that you are running out of pre-paid messages.

Note: short text messages in Track-POD are sent from two phone numbers (alphanumerical sender ID is not supported).

Enter your customers' phone numbers in the international format +1, +44, otherwise, the SMS delivery fails.
