How to download an invoice after you subscribe?

If you’ve recently subscribed to our services and need to download your invoice, you’re in the right place! This article will guide you through the simple steps to access and download your invoice.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

First, log into your account. Once you’re logged in, look for the Settings option in the left bottom corner of your dashboard. Click on it to access your account settings.

Step 2: Go to Subscription

Within the Settings menu, locate and click on Subscription. This section contains all the information related to your subscription plan, including billing details and invoices. If you do not see the Subscription tab you might be limited in your permissions, please address this issue to the account administrator or the account owner.

Step 3: Access Invoices

In the Subscription area, you will see a tab labeled Invoices. Click on this to view all the invoices associated with your account. Here, you can find a comprehensive list of your past and current invoices.

Step 4: View Your Invoice

To open a specific invoice, simply click on View Invoice next to the invoice you wish to access. This action will open an invoice summary in a new tab.

Step 5: Download the PDF Invoice

Once the invoice summary is open in the new tab, you will see an option to download it or download the receipt as a PDF. Click on the Download button, and the invoice will be saved to your device for your records.

Additional Information

In the same tab where you view your invoice, you can also check your Payment History. This section provides a detailed overview of all transactions made under your account, allowing you to track your spending effectively. Additionally, you can view your Total Spendings in Track-POD, giving you a complete picture of your financial commitments.
