ETA at route start and ETA updated features

This guide will be helpful to understand how "ETA at route start" and "ETA updated" features might be useful for your delivery process.

Both features can be enabled in Settings->Routing and Optimization.

Let's start with ETA at route start. This feature is developed to actualize the route start time and ETA according to the actual route starting time. This route was optimized to be started at 07:00.

Once the driver presses the route Start button the starting time changes. ETA for further points is re-calculated.

Now let's move forward to the ETA updated feature. This feature is developed to re-calculate ETA according to the driver's position on the route. It updates ETA every 6 minutes taking into account driver's coordinates.

The ETA/Updated ETA column of the Sites tab displays actualized ETA as well. As you might have guessed it's a dynamic time.

The actualized time is available in the Updated ETA column of the Analytics as well.

This feature could be used for the web users' convenience. Also, updated time could be displayed in the tracking page if the "Live tracking page displays updated ETA" option is enabled in Settings->Live Tracking.
