How to use Mass POD in Track-POD Mobile App?

With the Mass-POD feature in the Track-POD mobile app, you can submit for signature all orders delivered to one customer in one step. Once you arrive at the location, tap on the MASS POD button, select all deliveries and collections you want to submit for signature, tap MASS POS again and get the customer's name, signature, and comments. When you collect and deliver at one customer's site it may be more convenient to exclude collections from Mass POD flow and minimize the chances of messing up the orders. This setting can be found in the Mobile Workflow Settings -> Exclude Collections from Mass POD on the Web App.

Then, with this setting enabled, you will be prompted to to do Mass POD for deliveries first, then the Collections will be grouped for the second stage Mass POD.

 And, if you want to go through all orders one by one just do not tap the Mass POD button, but tap the Order cards one by one and use the Deliver or Pick up buttons to complete the orders.
