The operation has timed out error

Try using a different port from the ones listed: 25, 465, 587.

The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure

This message indicates a problem with certificates. In this case, you can temporarily disable the Use SSL setting and try one of the ports (25, 465, or 587).

Note: It is not safe to use SMTP without the Use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) function since your messages will not be encrypted. We recommend that you contact your Smtp System Administrator to resolve port issues.

If you use Gmail, you should grant access permission for Track-POD in the Google settings. There are two ways depending on whether you have 2-step verification:

For an account with 2-step verification, you have to create an App password and use it in the settings window. Learn more about using App Passwords here
