Being in a hurry a driver may erroneously arrive at a wrong stop and set a wrong status to an order. Let's look into the ways of fixing these errors.
The driver Arrived at the customer’s erroneously (tapped Arrived at a wrong site).
Then there is a possibility to cancel the Arrive action. To do that the driver shall click Departed right after they clicked Arrived and in the opened window select Cancel Arrival.
1. Click Departed at the wrong stop 2. Select Cancel Arrival
3. Confirm the action
Or, Cancel Arrival in the Mobile App settings.
And the other case when a driver sets a wrong status to the order.
In the mobile app menu select the option Mass Reset. 2. Confirm the Reset action.
