How to edit orders in bulk

In Track-POD, you can easily edit certain order info in bulk without going through each and every order. This is how you do that if you are on Advanced, Advanced+, Per Order, or Enterprise plan (this feature is not included into Standard):


1. Select the orders either on the map or from the Unscheduled List by ticking all or separate orders.


2. Click the Edit button.




3. In the dialogue window set the new values for the fields available for editing:



You can bulk edit the following fields:

  • Order date

  • Depot/Ship from address

  • Shipper

  • Time from and Time till

  • Priority

  • Address Zone

  • Service time

  • Note

  • Type

  • Contact name

  • Contact phone

  • Email


4. Click Save to save the changes.


Important: the same can be done in the Orders tab and in the Shipper's account.
