This guide will help you to connect Sage One to Track-POD.
How to create new Track-POD order based on new Sage invoice.
First you might want to link your Zap to Sage One. Please select any New Sales Invoice event or any other transaction type that meets your flow.
To receive line items from goods names, prices, and quantities please add the Formatter step (set up action - line itemizer). This action should be performed if you have more than one goods line.
The action step is to connect Track-POD to Zapier and pull the Sage invoice to Track-POD.
Please select the "Create Order" event.
Then map Track-POD fields to appropriate Sage One fields including line items from step 2 for goods.
That's it. Now you can see the order in Track-POD bottom right section (Orders).
How to update Track-POD order based on Sage invoice updates.
If you want Sage One invoice updates to be reflected in Track-POD please set an Updated Sales Invoice action (Sage) on the first step and Update Order for the third (Track-POD) step. Other actions remain the same as for creating new Track-POD order based on new Sage invoice.
How to create Sage invoice based on Track-POD order status changes.
Please perform steps below to create Sage invoice in case of Track-POD order status change. First connect Track-POD.
If you need any specific status lead to next steps please add an If statement step as below.
Now you can create Sage invoice with Track-POD data. Please perform mapping as we did for the 3-d step previous time.
How to update Sage invoice based on Track-POD order status changes.
To update Sage invoices based on Track-POD order status changes please start with the Track-POD Order Status Updated trigger step. It will be triggered if your order changes status. For instance after the route start or after delivery.
If you want your zap to work only for specific order status or any other condition please add a filter step. Map Status description Track-POD field to contain required status.
If you have more than 1 goods line please add a line itemizer step as we did before.
That's it! Now you can map Track-POD fields to Sage fields in the final action step like we did for Sage->Track-POD scenario.
You might want to set Sage status and sent fields to paid and/or true values according to your flow.
