It will take you a couple of minutes to upgrade your Pricing Plan and to make maximum use of all Track-POD powerful features. The procedure is almost the same if you want to reduce the number of licenses and downgrade your subscription.
Step 1: Go to tab Settings -> Subscription where you will find the information on your current Pricing Plan.
Step 2a: Click on Update subscription, a pop-up window Select a Subscription Plan will appear. Tick the pricing plan you want to upgrade to, choose between monthly and annual payment options, select the currency, and enter the number of drivers. Click the Update subscription button and confirm the action in the dialogue window.
Step 2b: To downgrade your subscription please select the number of drivers you want to have and the subscription plan, click the Update subscription button. Confirm the action in the appeared window.
Step 3: The system will calculate your total according to the selected options. Once the action is completed your Pricing plan will be updated immediately.
In case of an upgrade, you will be charged the difference between your new plan and the unused period of the previous one.
In case of downgrade, your Track-POD's account will be credited for the old plan unused period. This amount will be taken into account during the next charge.
