If your route planning process and analytics show that your vehicles are too slow and do not make it on time to your customers you can reduce the average speed ratio for the system to calculate ETA and route duration with regard to this setting.
Note: this feature is available for the Advanced, Advanced+, Enterprise, and Per order pricing plans.
Step 1: Go to Directories -> Vehicles -> click Edit Item
Step 2: In the pop-up window set the Speed Ratio to the proper value. It is 1 by default. If your vehicle is about 30 percent late from the scheduled ETA set the ratio to 0.7. In case, your ETA is approximately 20 percent ahead of the schedule set the ratio to 1.2.
Step 3: Click Save.
