Setting up Zebra devices for scanning

Locate the DataWedge app on your device. 

If Track-POD was launched at least once, DataWedge should contain a "Track-POD Driver" profile in the list. 

Make sure that settings in the details of this profile are same as on the attached screenshots.





Possible reasons of laser scanner is not working:

- Incompatible Device. Some devices have a handle that sends scanned barcode info via Bluetooth (we only support  Zebras with built-in laser scanners)


- Old Zebra device, which uses outdated API
