How to reschedule failed orders in Track-POD

Created by Tanya Derevyanko, Modified on Mon, 17 Mar at 8:29 AM by Tanya Derevyanko

Deliveries do not always go smoothly and some orders may not reach their recipients as planned.

In Track-POD, a web user can easily reschedule an undelivered/uncollected order into another route or for another date.

If you want to reschedule a failed order for another date just drag and drop it to the Unscheduled section.

The app will warn you that it will reset the status of the orders to be rescheduled which means that the data collected by the driver will be reset. You will be able to view pictures in the Order History tab.

Once the action is confirmed the order is dropped to the Unscheduled section. It will differ from other unscheduled orders by the number of Rescheduling events displayed in the Order No column.

You may also want to enable the Rescheduled column for better traceability of the rescheduled orders.

Also rescheduling is logged in the Order History where you can view the archived pictures from the first delivery attempt.

If you want to reschedule a failed order into another route which is already planned just drag and drop the order to the Route and confirm the action. Do not forget to re-optimize the route after adding a new stop in it.

This is how rescheduling works in Track-POD. If you have any questions left please contact support@track-pod.com.
