How to connect Track-POD to Unleashed

Integrating Track-POD with your Unleashed account will not take you more than a couple of minutes. Just follow the steps listed below:

1. In Track-POD Integration Settings, find the Unleashed logo and click the Install button.

2. The Install Unleashed Integration window opens:

• Unleashed API Id and Unleashed API Key - can be found in your Unleashed account -> Integration -> Unleashed API Access. Please, copy and paste API Id and API Key.

• Import from - select whether orders shall be generated from Sales Orders or Sales Shipments.

• Filter by status - select one or multiple statuses for filtering Sales Orders or Sales Shipments pushed to Track-POD as orders.

3.  Select the Shipper that will be automatically assigned to your Track-POD orders imported from Unleashed. The list of Shippers is pulled from your Track-POD account Directories.

4. Click Save once you have finished the set up.

Now you are all set. Orders are imported automatically every 2 minutes. Please, note that there will be API calls from Track-POD that will be deducted from your Unleashed total.

Important facts about the integration:

• In Track-POD orders get updated once there are any changes applied on Unleashed side.

• Once an order is deleted in Unleashed it is automatically removed from Orders in Track-POD.

• Order note in Track-POD features the Delivery instruction field and the Order Comment field value.

• Product comment in Unleashed is populated to Goods note in Track-POD.

• Track-POD does not update Sales Orders or Sales Shipments in Unleashed once delivery is completed.

• For Sales Shipments, Track-POD inserts the tracking link into the Tracking number field.
